Fraud Alert!Please be careful of this latest scam.
Multiple individuals are currently contacting our customers using both call and text and impersonating LSB employees. Texts messages will generally ask the receiver about a recent fraudulent charge to a debit or credit card. The impersonator is attempting to obtain sensitive customer information which may include account and password information. The caller ID is also displaying LSB’s phone number.
LSB WILL NEVER CALL OR TEXT YOU TO REQUEST ACCOUNT OR PASSWORD INFORMATION!
If you receive a phone call or text from someone claiming to be a LaSalle State Bank employee, do not give out any information. Hang up the phone immediately. If you suspect you have received one of these calls or texts, please contact our customer service department directly at (815) 223-8800. Do not call any other number provided to you by text or over the phone. Always remember, the most secure way to interact with us is by visiting one of our locations in person.
New Interactive Teller Machine.Give it a try today
Stop by our drive-thru in LaSalle. We recently installed an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in our LaSalle drive-thru. The new ITM uses the latest in drive-thru banking technology to make your banking experience fast, convenient, and hassle free. An ITM combines the pneumatic tube functionality you are probably used to seeing in traditional bank drive-thrus along with visual and vocal communication upgrades that allow you to see and speak with one of our Tellers in the bank lobby. You’ll get the same excellent customer service you are used to receiving at LSB, and this should help move traffic more quickly through the drive-thru.
Beginning April 12, 2021, the ITM will be the only active teller station in our LaSalle drive-thru. Bank staff will be available to assist you if you are having any trouble using the ITM.

Online Banking.A new look & more to like
LaSalle State Bank’s internet banking platform got a fresh new look. Our internet banking product migrated to a new digital banking interface which allows our customers to experience a more modern look and feel across the bank’s entire digital banking system regardless of the device used for access. The look and functionality of our mobile app has gotten such positive reviews that we decided to more closely mirror our browser version of internet banking to our mobile app. We think this will provide you with a more consistent digital banking experience across both platforms. And we’ve added some additional functionality to internet banking that we think you’ll love.
What does this mean for you? If you’ve used the LaSalle State Bank Mobile App, the new look will be very familiar. If you haven’t, we think you will find the redesigned product more visually appealing and the functionality of the product easier to navigate. You’ll still access internet banking the same way, and your Logon ID and Password will remain the same. For a more detailed look at what you should expect from the new interface, check out this dummy platform (https://elsb.myebanking.net/#/demo) where you can test drive the new product using a fake user and accounts. Person-to-Person (P2P) functionality for money transfers will also be available via internet banking. Previously, this functionality was only available using the LSB mobile app. Now, you can make these transfers via internet banking as well. This is an incredibly convenient and secure way to send money to others. Give it a try. We think you’ll love it!
